Memorial Tree Planting

A memorial tree in honor of Joseph Foligno, former South Orange Public Works Director, was planted on Friday, April 24, 2026. Many friends, colleagues and family joined Village representatives and members of the Park Conservancy to pay tribute to Joe. He was remembered as a man who cared deeply for his community, who never gave "no" for an answer, and a friend to all. This memorial fringe tree (Chionanthus virginicus) will serve as a beautiful reminder of his life and legacy for years to come.
