Founders Park Community Center

Located at 311 Valley Street in South Orange, The Founders Park Community Center (FPCC) is available to South Orange based residents, community organizations, and non-profit organizations only*.

About the FPCC & Reservations

There is no charge for the use of FPCC. A small donation is suggested for all reservations. Founders Park Conservancy greatly appreciates donations to help defray costs associated with the administration of the FPCC and to support free park activities throughout the year.

*At this time, we are unable to offer free space for groups that charge a fee for classes or meetings.

All parties are required to complete and sign a Hold Harmless Agreement (HHA), as required by South Orange Village. Be sure to include your contact information and all requested dates/times. Completed and signed HHA must be returned to: foundersparkcon@gmail.com.

FPCC Details & Guidelines

Located at 311 Valley Street, South Orange, NJ
Reservations may be made up to thirty (30) days in advance of requested date
FPCC can accommodate up to 30 people
Tables and chairs are available for use
Two wi-fi networks (unsecured)
Portable flat screen TV for presentations (must supply own laptop)
Small kitchen with sink, mini-refrigerator and food prep area. Cooking is not allowed onsite.
Two all-gender restrooms available. One inside and one outside.
A Founders Park Conservancy member will coordinate access to the space on your reserved date(s).
Users must leave space clean, and remove all trash
